  • Each print is signed, by me the artist in pencil.

  • Printed in Ireland

    Commissions:

    Maximillist art retains the sole copyright to all commissions and reserves the right to use commissions for print purposes unless specifically discussed. Commissions may not be reproduced and or sold without the express permission of Maximillist Art.

Shipping Policies:

All customer prints are sent out by Standard Post. Please allow up to 12 working days from the time of purchase for your order to be delivered within Ireland. Please allow up to 15 working days for Europe and Rest Of World.

Please note that print prices do not include shipping costs, these are allocated based on posting region, and are displayed prior to checkout.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Unfortunately I do not offer refunds or exchanges on my purchased prints. If however, you are dissatisfied with your print, I will do my very best to rectify the issue for you. Please contact me at info@maximillist.com with your order number.

Please inspect your print once you receive it and contact me immediately if it is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Creativity Retreats:

RETREAT PRE-PAYMENT POLICY:

Please note that the full purchase amount is taken at the time of booking for your Creativity Retreat.  If you need to amend or cancel at any point please see the details below on our cancellation policy.

 

CANCELLATION, RETURNED DEPOSIT & NON-ARRIVAL CONDITIONS 

Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid are only returned in accordance with the following conditions:

•   Cancellation made 10 days or more in advance of arrival date = Full refund

•   Cancellation made 9 days or less of arrival date = 50% refund or can use total amount paid at next retreat 

A non-refundable change of date is permitted (once only)
